Apache for MRTG !!!

Yesterday i dont have any problem with this apache thing, this day i restarted my linux box (after four days running all the time). and tried to access my mrtg site (http://192.168.xx.xx/mrtg/) and it did'nt showed my mrtg site.this are the msgs """The requested URL /router-gbr/ was not found on this server."""

And these are the msgs when i put this cmd :

#httpd -e DEBUG

#(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

And the /router-gbr/ its in the same folder with my index.html.They are in the /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/. can somebody explain to me, how the Apache changed itself and give me a solution?

Cos, now i cant go to my mrtg site...

this my httpd.conf (http://forum.linux.or.id/viewtopic.php?t=5918)

Please help me

Thanks Before
