vfs cannot open root dev 1603 or hsc3


hello all,

I have 2 hddisks, one is complelty formatted and has only the dnalinux iso in it. when i boot from this drive, it goes through all the routines but then spits out vfs cannot open root dev 1603 or hsc3 please specify the root= parameter.

any help would be great.

I think you should take a look at this thread:
