You want the x86. The AMD-k6 is a 32-bit x86 device, the same as an Intel Pentium would be. There aren't any other options, as it's not a 64-bit device.
Unless you are running a server, you may want to consider downloading etch instead. the etch net-install CD Image is about 100MB the rest of the packages you need would be downloaded during install. Much more up to date than Sarge..
Even if you are running a server, you should use Etch unless you do not plan to install Xwindows. Etch will be the new Stable version within a month or so, and the update conversion to Xorg poses issues you'd probably like to avoid.
