Weird installer bug?

Basically I created a net install cd using sarge and testing images, but could not boot the 2.6 kernel, the option was not there even when I hit f1 for boot options.

A few images later, I used the finalise cd option in nero, and it all worked.

Is there some explaination other than a installer bug?

Did you do md5sum check on the downloaded files to make sure that they are complete?

Yes I did this. Also, Like I say, closing the session fixed this problem.

It maybe a hardware issue or with nero, but I thought I'd ask a few experianced people first
