Visual Studio Code error on Kali Linux(debian9-based distro)

Hi!

I have a really disturbing problem. I installed dotnet core and then the visual studio code, but when I do this:
Code:
root@webserver:~# code --user-data-dir=Dokumentumok/C#/Test/
and the in the Integrated Terminal I run the command below:
Code:
root@webserver:~# dotnet new console
I get this error message:
Code:
Unhandled Exception: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'Crypto' threw an exception. --->
System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'CryptoInitializer' threw an exception. ---> System.Dll
NotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'System.Security.Cryptography.Native.OpenSsl': The specified module could not

What can I do with this? After I solved a problem, another came and I solved that too, and so on... That is my evening like...

Please, help as soon as possible.
Have a good evening!
