Are you using the xserver-xorg-video-sis driver or some other ? Have you look at Xorg.0.log for errors? If you could post that under the code tag for better visualization that would be really helpful.

In the Xorg log it is really the problem and we can see the error (EE) lines about fbdev, it does need a nodule to work but your system doesn't have one nor you need it unless you want to work with frame buffer:

So the 1st thing to do is remove the fbdev driver because you don't really need it.

I have figured out the resolution, i used xorg.conf from my mandriva install. i also copyd sismedia.drv.so and sis.drv.so to my debian install. but thay wont run..
But atleast i have vesa runing 1280x800. ist a beginning. just wonder way sis driver wont run?

Just reinstall the sis driver through aptitude or synaptic you can safely remove all other drivers for cards that aren't in your system.
