reiserfs 4 in 64 bit sid

I'm trying to compile a kernel with support for Reiserfs 4 using the kernel-source-2.6.8 package from debian with kernel-patch-2.6-reiser4 applied (architecture is x86_64). When I run make-kpkg, it runs fine until it gets to the reiser4 stuff, at which point it spits this out:

Quote:
fs/reiser4/coord.c: In function `coords_equal':
fs/reiser4/coord.c:598: error: duplicate case value
fs/reiser4/coord.c:598: error: previously used here
make[3]: *** [fs/reiser4/coord.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** [fs/reiser4] Error 2
make[1]: *** [fs] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/kernel-source-2.6.8'
make: *** [stamp-build] Error 2
What do I have to do to get this working?

if you search forums.gentoo.org you will see that reiser4 is probably not what you want on amd64(I assume you have it)
infact i had my install on reiser4 on top of lvm2(well not much point here coz you cant resize(yet?) reiser4 anyway). had a power failure (two infact) few days ago. and guess what, /, /home(reiser3.6) - are fine,
everything else(reiser4) trashed totally.
lvm2 fault? bad luck? - maybe but im not using reiser4 on anything more inportant than /tmp in the near future.
