Problems apt-getting qt3

I need to apt-get libqt3-dev so I can "make xconfig" in kernel-sources-2.6.8. When I try it doesn't seem to want to download any dependencies. I am currently using testing, though this shouldn't be a problem...

Oldak.

Quinn:/home/adam# apt-get install libqt3-dev

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libqt3-dev: Depends: xlibs-static-dev (>= 4.3.0.dfsg.1-4) but it is not goingto be installed
Depends: libxrandr-dev (>= 4.3.0.dfsg.1-4) but it is not going tobe installed
Depends: libxmu-dev (>= 4.3.0.dfsg.1-4) but it is not going to beinstalled

Depends: libmng-dev (>= 1.0.3) but it is not going to be installed

libpng12-0-dev
Depends: zlib1g-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libfreetype6-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: xlibmesa-gl-dev but it is not going to be installed or

It looks like the mirrrors are under going resyncing with new packages and you will get these kind of errors. You should re try oftern but do an apt-get update before your re try the apt-get install. I used to faced this when unstable is moving gnome 2.10 and xorg over.

PS:The resyncing theory is my own speculation, my guess
