Problem with Debian Menu in KDE menu after reinstallation
I have reinstalled Debian Linux on my computer. Beforehand, I saved all of my Home directory as a backup, saving all my configs. After installing, I copied these into my new folder to continue where I left off. Of course, one of those configurations was for the K Menu structure. Right now I have in the menu links to all the programs I had before, but of course I don't want them anymore, yet can't figure out how to get rid of them. Also, it seems as if the Debian submenu wasn't being automatically updated as it once did. I checked this by installing one of the programs with a link still there, and then purging. However, the link stayed. Is there anyway I could fix this? It's quite annoying.
