Question problem with apt-get update binary AMD64 packages

Trying to update and I get this error:

Code:
E: Encountered a section with no Package: header
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.uwsg.indiana.edu_linux_debian_dists_testing_main_binary-amd64_Packages
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
These are the lines from my sources.list

Code:
deb http://ftp.uwsg.indiana.edu/linux/debian/ testing main contrib non-free
deb-src http://ftp.uwsg.indiana.edu/linux/debian/ testing main contrib non-free

I found
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.p...38#post5415838
by 1 minute searching.

I wonder if /var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.uwsg.indiana.edu_linux_debian_dists_testing_main_binary-amd64_Package is damaged.
How about executing the following with root privilege?
Code:
rm /var/lib/apt/lists/* -vf
apt-get update
