Did you complete the installation or you are about to do it and it stops?

If it is the first one, then you should start your kernel from grub without the "quiet" parameter, so as to get more info on what is happening when it stops, eg it may be looking for an external drive that exists in fstab and its disconnected at that time.

Try it again with another media.

Try to install using another DVD or do a netinstall.

I start grub without "quiet" parameter and the boot stops with this message: "WMI: Mapper loaded". Someone knows with this could be happening??.
I also install debian from other cd and the result is the same.

I would start by blacklisting dell-wmi
Code:
$ sudo modinfo dell-wmi
filename:       /lib/modules/2.6.32-5-686/kernel/drivers/platform/x86/dell-wmi.ko
alias:          wmi:9DBB5994-A997-11DA-B012-B622A1EF5492
license:        GPL
description: Dell laptop WMI hotkeys driver
author:         Matthew Garrett <mjg@redhat.com>
depends:        wmi
vermagic:       2.6.32-5-686 SMP mod_unload modversions 686
And since your system can't boot past this so as to edit the proper file, use a live cd.
