Packages


Hi Guys,

I'm new to linux Debian and is a bit lost. I have a basic question, please help.

***when I do apt-get install (packagename)

where is that package saved in the system...what directory?



Please let me know ...thx for the help.

check here /var/cache/apt/archives/

Try /var/cache/apt/archives.
