NFS installation on Redboot Target Board


I have installed linux on target board(X) through installed "/tftpboot" server on my linux host PC. Now I wish to copy some files from my host linux m/c to my installed target board. I have few queries -

1. To bring files from my host linux m/c. to target
board, what I have to do, as space is contrain(4
MB only) ?

2. How to install few Debian package on my target
board ?
