mount new hard drive as /home

I have just installed woody and would like to use my second hard drive as /home
should i have done this during the install (there was no mention of being able to do anything like this) or is it easy enough to do this after the install.
there is not much in /home at the moment
just one user with some .bash files.

if your hard drive is already formatted, you can just edit the fstab.

so if i just add
/dev/hdf1 /home ext3 defaults 0 1
to /etc/fstab
then run mount /dev/hdf1 (or reboot)
it will all just work?
what about existing files in /home

i'm not quite too sure about this, but i believe you could just umount /home and remount /home. if you have the regular home mounted, just copy all the files to some backup place, then copy it over again
