I already have GRUB installed...what should I do?

I'm doing the install for Debian and it's asking me to install GRUB, but I already have GRUB installed. Should I let it reinstall or select Continue without boot loader?

If you let it do a default install it should also be able to boot the other os. Install it in mbr if you have to select an option.
