how to set up debian for a seedbox

how to set up debian-4.0-x86 for a seedbox with utorrent and firefox if able if someone can give me a walk thru (any help)everything i do now comes back cant find package there there in folders i m sure i saw them but i tried update did nothing im am just frustrated i can do it on my other box but same way did nothing for me here the other i used yum here i use apt-get but i get no where please help the dummy thx weenden if its possible

cqan someone just help me get it to reconise any of the pkgs if i can do this i should be able to get anything going

http://tf-b4rt.berlios.de/ It supports multiple bit torrent clients and defualts to using bit tornado version 3.18 with automatic packet encryption. The install is simple and in debian the only packages needed were: php5-cli python-crypto libxml-simple-perl libxml-dom-perl libdigest-sha1-perl libwww-perl libdbd-sqlite3-perl libdbd-pg-perl php5 libapache2-mod-php5 mysql-server mysql-client php5-mysql
