How to mount can I write into the partition?

In my /etc/fstab I write this to mount a partition:

/dev/hda14 /mnt/pub reiserfs iocharset=cp936,codepage=936,umask=000 0 0
/dev/hda15 /mnt/mandriva_home reiserfs codepage=936,umask=000 0 0

but I can't write into the two partition anything withour root authority

umask isn't supported for linux filesystems, only ones like vfat which can't understand unix file permissions. you just need to change the permissions directly to suit.

ignore the fact that you are mounting it as a seperate device. this is irrelevant. use chmod and other standard tools to change the permissions on the actual fies.
