How do I auto start modules that aren't auto loaded on boot?
I'm trying to auto load some firewire modules on boot. I can load them manually, but I'd rather set it up so i wouldn't have to do that. I need sd_mod, sbp2, and ohc1394 loaded on boot to recognize my 1394 hard drive.
I looked in modules.conf and it said "DON'T EDIT!!!!!" so I don't really know where to go from there. modutils has lines for this kind of thing (I think), but all the modules have some kind of numbering system to them. I'm not sure if I need to use that system or just make up names for the modules.
