eth0 gets disconnected once a week

Hello guys.
I'm running debian on a small server at home that runs 24/7 and it has a wired connection to the cable modem. The problem is that something kills the ethernet connection once a week. After a system startup it can happen a day, two or five later for the first time, but the next time it always happens a week later at the same time.
Here is a dmesg -e output.
Code:
[Feb11 03:02] [adjust link -> eth: am_adjust_link state change (new_state=true)
[  +0.000033] libphy: 0:01 - Link is Down
[  +2.999956] [adjust link] -> eth: full-duplex
[  +0.000027] [adjust link] -> eth: phy_speed <> priv_speed)
[  +0.000024] [adjust link -> eth: am_adjust_link state change (new_state=true)
[  +0.000020] libphy: 0:01 - Link is Up - 1000/Full
[ +17.999779] [adjust link -> eth: am_adjust_link state change (new_state=true)
[  +0.000033] libphy: 0:01 - Link is Down
[  +2.999949] [adjust link] -> eth: full-duplex
[  +0.000026] [adjust link] -> eth: phy_speed <> priv_speed)

[Feb18 03:02] [adjust link -> eth: am_adjust_link state change (new_state=true)
[  +0.000034] libphy: 0:01 - Link is Down
[  +1.999975] [adjust link] -> eth: full-duplex
[  +0.000026] [adjust link] -> eth: phy_speed <> priv_speed)
[  +0.000024] [adjust link -> eth: am_adjust_link state change (new_state=true)
[  +0.000021] libphy: 0:01 - Link is Up - 1000/Full
[Feb18 03:03] [adjust link -> eth: am_adjust_link state change (new_state=true)
[  +0.000032] libphy: 0:01 - Link is Down
[  +2.999978] [adjust link] -> eth: full-duplex
[  +0.000027] [adjust link] -> eth: phy_speed <> priv_speed)
[  +0.000024] [adjust link -> eth: am_adjust_link state change (new_state=true)
[  +0.000021] libphy: 0:01 - Link is Up - 1000/Full
It could be also related to my cable modem, but I don't see any option about that in it's config.

Intriguing.

Anything in cron? Might be some weekly backup thing.
