debian sarge installer.


What apart from the debian base what does the debian sarge installer install ? Lilo/KDE ??

It installs the Debian-base with Grub (no window managers) - - you can then download whatever you want using apt or aptitude. I'd recommend using the "businesscard.iso" if possible.

You can also use tasksel to install a preconfigured set of packages (i.e. desktop, ftp server, file server, etc.) to be downloaded via apt. I've used Test 1 on several systems with excellent results.
