Talking Debian Etch netinstall boot floppy with ssh

Is it possible to create a Debian Etch floppy that can be booted to do a netboot with ssh? Once the floppy is booted, I would like to ssh to the computer and install Debian Etch. I am tired of using old software from the Ubuntu repositories and I'd like to have something better for a server, so I'd really like to see what the new Debian has.
