Debain Update CD Contents Question.

I just downloaded and burned the update ISO image for the Debian 3.0_r1. This CD is not bootable and when I mount and list the contents, I get the following:

bash-2.05b$ ls -l /mnt/cdrom
total 4
dr-xr-xr-x 3 root root 2048 Jan 8 2003 dists
dr-xr-xr-x 4 root root 2048 Jan 8 2003 pool

The CD was burned without any errors. Is this CD OK ? How can I use this to update Debian ?

Thanks.

Vijay

Talking maybe this is not the update u wish

The cd is ok.
This cd contains (I think) security updates for the software on the first 7 cds. This SURELY does not contain an update to the sarge version.

u can use the cd by adding it up to the apt-sources.list through apt-setup -> cdrom

and then do an apt-get update

At 145Mb, for sure it can't upgrade the entire version. It must be a portion of something. Security seems logical. Thanks for the info.
