Angry CD-Rom busy, reset?

Ok When I'm installing Debian (I always kill it later cause I screwed up my configuration) it always says "Put in the CD labeled 'Debian Binary Disc 5'" (5 is whatever number it asks for.) Then I put the cd and it reads it, for cds between 2 and 5 reads it a long time. For them it starts printing "CD-Rom {busy}" and "ATAPI Reset".
It goes on and on with that (half an hour maybe?) So my question is this, IS THAT NORMAL?!?!?!?!?

So nevermind, I found what was wrong. I have to let it think a while first.
