boot loader able to load uncompressed kernel

I building minimal Grip Debian system
(under 5 secondes Xorg boot, running on cf card x300, slow machine 500Mhz)

and i'm searching for a boot loader able to boot uncompressed kernel

the size of the compressed kernel is 1.5 Mo and
vmlinux 2.5 Mo (uncompressed i think)

does anybody knows how to boot vmlinux (vmlinux.bin)
