bonnie++ broken

I'm trying to measure the speed of ssd drive. bonnie++ breaks with this error:
Code:
Writing a byte at a time...done
Writing intelligently...Can't write block.: No such file or directory
Can't write block 2363643.
the moment before crash, it filled the test directory completely :/

its the same problem this guy has:
http://osdir.com/ml/debian-user-debi.../msg01582.html

Is there a program that can measure SSD/HDD speed properly?
(I've tried phoronix, but it fails too.)

thanks.

nevermind, I've solved it by reducing file and ram size in bonnie++.
