APT Question

Can apt download a .deb file without installing it and just save it to a directory ?
For instance say I wanted to get evolution I would,

apt-get update
apt-get install evolution

and it would get it and install it but what if I just wanted the evolution.deb file to save and install later or to burn to a disk to install on a computer where there is no internet access can apt download and generate a .deb file ? if so what would be the command ?

For even more info on using apt-get, such -d and other switches (switches are options, not commands), use
apt-get --help
and
man apt-get

This also works with other APT commands, such as

There's also a link for the APT how-to in my sig, which is well worth reading.
