Script into rc2.d running at boot now working :(

Hi,

DSL is visibly not using rc2.d to boot scripts, like normal debian.

I looked like crazy and there is no info about it.

Anyone knows how to make:
/etc/rc2.d/S99myownboot wokring

chmod +rx S99myownboot has been performed, surely

Hi,

Is your DSL actually started in runlevel 2?

Maybe this will help: Bootlocal.sh

About runlevels: What Are Linux Runlevels?

Hope this helps.

thank yo u

I found that it seems to run no rc2.d but rcS.d

I investigate, still I do not understand hwo it works, why they changed so much woody.

Maybe installing woody would be better solution than DSL ?
