Hi, well, the problem is guys, i was trying to boot up syslinux dsl distro, on my very old computer (pentium mmx 166MHz, 64mbram, pci video card), and as it loads, the screen goes blank (well, black actually), and i leave it there for hours and it stays the same,,though, before it loads, it makes me choose between a number of options for the video. I've tried them all, same problem.
Also tried loading it deactivating usb recognition, and other things, but still.

....
Any ideas? Thank you
This is typically a video card/Motherboard problem. If you can find an older model Video Card and plug it in I think your system will work OK. But before you invest a couple of bucks for the older v-card check if the BIOS will enable you to disable the on board Video. If not then you will have to revert to an older Linux using Command Line (CL). But that's OK since it will still work well with CL.
Hope this helps
