Should be possible with 'Smart Boot Manager'
There is an image for floppy, and an iso for cdrom. http://sourceforge.net/projects/btmgr/
The usb could show up as e.g. "FD1"
Smart Boot Manager only supports floppies and IDE devices (optical drives and HDDs), it doesn't support newer technologies like USB or SATA. It is basically limited by what DOS could support.

Well, as MS3FGX tells usb is not supported, but if you are lucky it works.
Get sbootmgr.dsk here: http://www.filewatcher.com/m/sbootmg...10592.0.0.html
Use 'cat' or 'dd' command to copy the image to floppy.
And formatting with 'fdformat' is a good idea.
# fdformat /dev/fd0u1440
If I find a solution working on all computers, I will let you know.
