Xfce weather plugin

Is it possible to install the Xfce weather plugin on Bodhi? Apologies if that is a silly question! I had it on Xubuntu and it was a great weather app you just moved your mouse over to get wind speed, weather etc.

I have my solution with Stickynotes module. Look at this post:

Thank you :-) That looks fun. I can see from that thread that it has been a topic before. When I get chance I'll have a go at that or the other one mentioned. Meanwhile I've just got a short cut on browser to the met office! But it's so nice to move your mouse over an icon and get instant weather. It's the only thing I miss from Xfce :-) Everything else in Bodhi is the best.

In the past we had forecast module working. Then yahoo changed their api and now it is a paid service. We have to explore some weather providers and try to adapt module to it.

I've been using forecast7.com in a local HTML page. It's not as accurate as, say, WUNDERGROUND but it helps.

Sounds like a project :-) I read about the issue with the yahoo business.
