solve of the problem "tgtd service not starting"

Solve

# netstat -tulpn |grep 3260
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:3260 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 2767/ietd
tcp 0 0 :::3260 :::* LISTEN 2767/ietd
# pgrep ietd
2767
[root@server1 ~]# rm -fr /var/lock/subsys/tgtd
[root@server1 ~]# kill -9 2767
[root@server1 ~]# service tgtd restart
Stopping SCSI target daemon: [ OK ]
Starting SCSI target daemon: [ OK ]
[root@server1 ~]# netstat -tulpn |grep 3260
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:3260 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 3975/tgtd
tcp 0 0 :::3260 :::* LISTEN 3975/tgtd
[root@server1 ~]# tgt-admin -s
