Map DVD in repository

Hi,
I do not have internet access to my lab machine and want to additional packages on RHEL. I have a DVD and want to add the packages available in DVD in the software repository for offline installations.
Browsing DVD and selecting a particular package is tiresome as there are dependencies which are missing.
Is there a way to view the local packages available in DVD from software repository.
I am using RHEL 5.3
