Well, I just couldn't resist. I had to at least check it out and see what there was to offer. So far, looks good. We'll see how it goes from here.
I'm NOT a newbie, and have been using Linux for over 10 years, back when RedHat was still free (and worked quite well on my machines!). That's the only drawback, I really did like RedHat, and Fedora is OK most of the time, but it tends to give me a hard time once in a while. This Fedora kernel seems to be quite stable campared to the others I've used. I think I'll go and see what updates are now available.
