I had a problem with updating frysk using the gui. I think it was a compatability problem with x64 versus 32 bit. I first installed the base and used the update process and I got a dependency problem to solve this problem I removed and resinstalled frysk and it cleared up.
I am now bug free after getting rid of another problem with FC6 x64 with the cursor dissappearing.
To solve the fysk problem try.
issue command--->yum remove frysk
