It was created via a Leadtek WinFast DTV Dongle Gold using scan earlier this week. I am posting mine in case other people have trouble generating a file but know they should be able to receive these channels.

SBS is present twice on two frequencies.

The Ubuntu 9.10 kernel does not contain the drivers required for the Hauppauge HR-2200, so they need to be compiled (without the firedtv module).

Some people have described problems with tuning with the HVR-2200. For me, The HVR-2200 does not get all the channels when using scan, but it does tune into them when using mythtv if the channel is already known via a channels.conf.

I am using the following settings for the capture card:
Signal Timeout - 1000 msec
Tuning Timeout - 3000 msec
Scan type - Import channels.conf, selected Ignore Signal Timeout.
I am not sure if these settings as they are have made any difference. The machine this card is installed in not yet the "production" box, but I am hoping to transition to it soon.
