Hot keys in Mandriva 2009

Hi,
I downloaded and installed the official distribution of Mandriva 2009 as an update to 2008.1. I can't get the hot keys to work, specifically the PrintScrn hotkey to ksnapshot. I have browsed around and found files with references to PrintScrn as well as Ksnapshot, and everything seems to be enabled. There must be something I have missed! What?
On the positive side: I am over the moon about the new KDE and the way it lets me group different shortcuts together. Some things takes some getting used to, though.
(A footnote: When I read the preview of this entry, I find that the date is set to 1970-01-01 at 02.00. Hmmm...)
