Egg fried rice with Meat masala - North Indian Style

Notice: Spoon measurement : 6ml
Ingredients:
  • Uncooked Basmati Rice measured in a 187ml vessel.
  • 1 spoon Cumin seeds.
  • 1/2 spoon Red Chilli powder.
  • 1/2 spoon Salt.
  • 2 spoons Meat masala. (No, this ingredient can NOT be skipped.)
  • 6 raw Eggs.
  • 14 spoons oil. (Yes I know what I am talking about )

Directions:
  • Cook the Basmati rice by boiling method. Keep it aside till it cools down completely.

  • 4 Cloves (AKA Laung in Hindi).
  • 8 big cloves Garlic (AKA Lassun in Hindi).
  • 1 inch Ginger (AKA Adrak in Hindi)
