arch iso md5sum check in windows

hey all, I am currently forced to use a windows xp box to download the arch 0.7 iso and its md5sum file. My trouble is that I cannot find a checker for winblows that will check the arch-0.7.md5sum file, they all say something along the lines of the file not being valid.
The install CD I burned off spits out this error when it loads up:

isolinux: disk error 80, AX = 4206, drive 9F
Boot Failed: press any key to retry...

I need to know if this is because of a corrupt .iso
Has anybody else had to deal with this? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds to me like the image was corrupted.
There is a Windows console application at http://www.pc-tools.net/win32/md5sums/

Run it on the file and compare the checksum.
I once burned the file even though it didn't have the same check sum and it didn't work...

So most likely the image didn't download right.
