This is a bit hard to follow.
This is what I am assuming:
1. half size paper == 33 lines (full size == 66 lines at 6 lines per inch)
2. works on matrix printer - so the jobs can be properly formated for printing.
3. doesnt work on OKI - are you loading halfsize paper, or full size paper (wanting "two" pages on full size paper, or having one formfed as blank).
And, last question: which AIX printq type are you using? AIX (enq) or sys5?
If it is sys5, then you should try to create a queue that will send the printer stream to a file, and discuss the output with OKI. And find out whether there is a problem with the driver, or the definition of the queue.
If you are using the AIX queing mechanism, are you using a driver supplied as part of AIX, or one from OKI?
And, then many more questions.
What would help the print specialists (I am far from a specialist) would be for a listing of the queue definition. Otherwise everyone who is willing to help must keep guessing about the specifics of your problem.
