Lightbulb AIX Disk "rootvg" I/O shows 100%

Dear All,
Our disk I/O reached 100% after rebooting. We are using AIX 6.1

topas -D shows "Disk Busy% 100%"

Busy Disks are,
hdisk0
hdisk4

Both disks contain "rootvg"

How to check which userid or PID or process occupied the disk I/O and make it 100%?

Advanced Thanks to AIX Experts,

Regards,
Nishith N.Vyas
