This is a classic one and one of my favorites. Let's see how long until people start asking for "Vim" to be added as an "IDE". We just have to have that discussion, or else it's like Christmas without Santa.
Eclipse again this year, even though Ganymede was a huge disappointment this year. The thing is all flashy but no substance and very unstable. Europa was a far better release, in my honest opinion.
You have Kylix (which has been rather dead for years) and not Lazarus (which is open source and actively maintained)???
How can we choose an IDE tool that is linked with a CASE tool and give us the power to develop and release applications that are OS, GUI, RDBMS, processors independent. If exist this environment let me know.
