ports question - install looking for old version of apache?
Hello All,
Just a quick question regarding freeBSD 5.1
I tried to install apache2 using the following commands:
cd /usr/ports/www/apache2
make install
The installer then tries to connect to the ftp servers to download httpd-2.0.46.tar.gz
It continually fails to find the file on the ftp servers.
When I manually go to one of the ftp servers it seems the new versions are now httpd-2.0.47 and httpd-2.0.48. So it seems obvious the ports installer is looking for the wrong/ old file.
The question is how do you upgrade the files the ports installer looks for when installing a program, so that it looks for the most up to date files?
If it has something to do with portupgrade could someone please tell me the command?
By the way the ports installer is working fine for most programs (that are still current).
Thanks
Lucas
