installation of Wireless USB adapter in freeBSD

All
i'm not being able to install the driver for my usb adapter. I installed ndiswrapper package. Then when i tried to compile and install it shows:

# make distclean
make -C driver clean
"Makefile", line 19: Missing dependency operator
"Makefile", line 21: Need an operator
Error expanding embedded variable.
*** Error code 2

Stop in /usr/home/punit/Desktop/ndiswrapper-1.49.

Can anyone please help me out??
