FreeBSD PVR-capable software

Hi. I'm looking into switching my PVR box from Ubuntu to FreeBSD, because, well, Ubuntu sucks :-). I have an saa driver for my capture card and audio, but haven't been able to find any PVR software that will use it. Any tips?

There is some indication that Freevo should be available:

Never ran BSD myself, but if this is possible I am willing to give it a try.
AFAIK Mythtv can only run as a frontend on BSD.

Right. There's also another problem I didn't know about.. my celeron 667MHz apparently isn't powerful enough to be a single seat box, so I've permanently moved the TV tuner card to my desktop again :-/. Now, the BSD driver won't tune right, but the COMPOSITE and S-VIDEO inputs work just fine. Any ideas?
