SLES9 Yasts' LVM error "Field descriptor 8 left open"

Hi, on my SLES 9 server I am creating a logical volume for oracle using
Yasts' LVM. I have a raid box attached with 7 drives in it - all to be
dedicated to oracle. On the "Create Logical Volume" screen I tell it to
"Format as JFS"
"Logical Volume Name as oracle"
"Size = max"
"Stripes = 7" one stripe across each drive, right? Its Raid5EE

"Stripe size = 64"
"Mount Point as /oracle"
press "next", returns to the Expert Partitioner
press "apply", it prompts "Do you really want these changes?"
press either "apply" or "finish" and the same error results;
"LVM error
lvcreate -i 7 -n oracle -l 43367 system
File descriptor 8 left open"
"LVM setup failed"

Any ideas what is to be done here? And am I correct in setting the
"Stripes" to 7 since I have seven drives dedicated to the
partition?...thanx, Matt
