text based web browser for SLES8

Hallo all,

I have a old sles8 installation and would like to have links/lynx or some other text based browser installed, I have search for rpm-packages for SLES8 on the net without success, I really need to find it because I have not the installation CDs and I don't have gcc and make on the system, so I can't take a "general-package" and install.

Would be grateful to get to know where I can download the rpm-package.

Cheers

Dussel

Lynx used to be part of the aaa-base package. SuSE replaced it with w3m in March 2004. Check your system for w3m.
