Usually, S.M.A.R.T. messages like that precede a total hard drive failure. Backup your hard drive now.

The hard drive is two months old or less. It's Western Digital, it has warranty but is this problem covered?

I don't know what the problem is but I have got the same message on 4 separate drives all WD. I have run extensive tests on all the drives and can find no errors (microscope). Is your drive SATA or IDE? Mine were all SATA. In the end I disabled SMART.
