suse lacks direction

I just got rid of Suse in favour of Slackware. Slack may be harder to use however it is far easier to troubleshoot. My biggest problems with suse were that a)Yast was often a pain in ***(When it worked) and b)for being a linux distro it was slow to boot up (at least on my p4 2.0G cpu). My final straw came when Yast hit a segmentation fault trying to update software.

I have had more than my fair share of probems with both 10.0 and 10.1 but even with these it will still be the first distro I install on my my new comp. I think even with the faults it still blows away any other distro I've tried.
