APT servers/mirrors

Problem this time is the download speed with apt. Iīve configured yast repositories, but Im updating my server over ssh, so YAST really canīt be used and the program itself is slower than apt.

My apt sources.list
rpm ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt/ SuSE/9.1-i386 base update ...

Are there any other servers / mirrors I could use?

gwdg.de gives me like 100b/sec at the moment or it is unavailable. I guess thats because its the main opensuse ftp-mirror.
