You're very trusting sndwvs, to be compiling 6.5.0-rc2.

At the stage when I was waiting for kernels, I learned the hard way never to compile a x.y.0 or a release candidate, because you'd be recompiling in a week. When x.y.0.1 came out was usually a good time.

Mind you, on my cheapskate pcs of the day, a kernel compile was a serious undertaking requiring hours and I couldn't leave the pc in case it got bounced around in some rolling wild-west type mill my kids were having.
